As aulas são ótimas para alongar e para criar espaços para o corpo através das invertidas suspensas, de forma a liberar pressões articulares. Ideal para prevenir e curar lesões articulares e interdiscais, aliviando dores na coluna e corrigindo alinhamentos posturais. Utiliza-se dos asanas (posturas do yoga) como inspiração e de entradas e saídas acrobáticas para criar uma nova forma de atenção, percepção e condicionamento. São para qualquer idade e não requerem experiência prévia.
