O acroyoga em tempos de isolamento tem nos ensinado muito: surge aí uma transformação!? Em sua essência, essa é uma prática realizada em grupo. Os exercícios de peso e contrapeso são um dos principais aspectos para o entendimento e a execução das posturas. Não existe número limite de pessoas, pois quanto maior o grupo, maiores são as possibilidades de execução de posturas coletivas.

Agora, a modalidade vem enfrentando um período de ressignificação, uma vez que, com o isolamento social, não é permitido o encontro de grandes grupos, tampouco, contato físico. Características absolutamente necessárias para a existência da prática. Dentro deste contexto, a ressignificação da modalidade vem
acontecendo no sentido da criação e desenvolvimento de novas alternativas, novas possibilidades criativas e adaptadas para manter a prática viva e, sobretudo, para que os praticantes possam manter a conexão física e emocional com os benefícios que a acroyoga proporciona mesmo em tempos
de isolamento social.

Novas Possibilidades

Uma das alternativas vislumbradas até então é a possibilidade de manutenção da prática em dupla quando dois praticantes estiverem em isolamento social juntos. No caso de pessoas que estão em isolamento social sem um parceiro(a) para a realização dos exercícios, existe a possibilidade de utilização de objetos como suporte e apoio. Os objetos que podem ser utilizados para a manutenção da prática no caso de ausência de uma dupla
são: cadeiras, bancos, bolas, almofadas, livros, entre outros.

Estes objetos podem atuar ora como base, servindo de apoio e sustentação para o praticante, e ora como voador, podendo ser erguidos do chão ou até mesmo arremessados no ar. Objetos mais pesados e firmes são ótimos para serem utilizados como base, tais como as cadeiras e os bancos. Já os objetos mais leves, assim como as almofadas, livros são excelentes para serem utilizados como voador. Lembrando que, com criatividade, tudo é possível!

Momentos de Mudança

Muitas das grandes invenções da história da humanidade surgiram em períodos extremamente adversos e, muitas vezes, dolorosos, assim como as grandes guerras, por exemplo. Com o passar dos tempos o ser humano também mostrou que tem o poder de se reinventar e se reconstruir, até mesmo em momentos que, inicialmente, poderiam parecer os mais inapropriados para isso.

Particularmente, acredito que todas as novas técnicas e adaptações criadas neste momento pandêmico serão agregadas de modo definitivo à prática integral da acroyoga, mesmo em um futuro onde nossa rotina volte ao normal. Sendo talvez esta a nossa herança positiva diante de tantas adversidades: a capacidade de reinvenção.

Por conta de todas transformações que fomos obrigados a vivenciar, podemos estar criando novas possibilidades, tanto para prática de acroyoga, quanto pro yoga como um todo em si. O Vem Voar Studio teve que se reinventar e agora tem alunos por todo país. Por isso agora estamos buscando alternativas para manter o contato virtual e pensar em possibilidades futuras para a reintegração do presencial quando o fim da pandemia for algo concreto.

O Yoga e o Acroyoga

Então,o  que você acha sobre o Acroyoga em tempos de Isolamento: surge aí uma transformação!? Assim como com o Yoga e suas diversas modalidades, aprendemos a trabalhar com tecnologias, a pensar em novas estratégias e a desenvolver formas efetivas de acompanhamento dos alunos e desenvolvimento de ajustes sem o nosso toque manual.

Continuamos, contudo, acreditando que o olhar e as conduções são necessários. Nossa experiência como professores-alunos é a de podermos estar abertos à observação e à adaptação das técnicas às diferentes possibilidades que oferecem os corpos que também são mente, emoções e uma série super potente de química e física quântica.

 

Novos Conteúdos

Para contemplar as transformações e nos prepararmos para uma retomada, estamos desenvolvendo conteúdos que dão conta de ambas as situações.  Preparamos para o público possibilidades de sequências solo com cadeira e outras que incluem exercícios iniciantes e avançados contemplando parâmetros de compreensão que a prática exige.

Controle do centro de força, reconhecimento de pontos de apoio, aproveitamentos gravitacionais e cinéticos são alguns exemplos. Em breve postarei por aqui alguns links que vão te dar um gostinho do que vem por aí: um Workshop Continuado de Acroyoga promovido pelo nosso coletivo com compilação de conhecimentos de Yoga, Acrobacia e Dança voltados para o trabalho com Acro.
